I have personally visited the establishment. The rooms are very decent, clean and with all facility. One of my friend from abroad came to stay and the hospitality, location and all other facilities are very good. Recommend for people to stay as the location is perfect.

Efficiency apartment allows you to be in control of your diet, avoid crowded restaurants, and have a safe quiet space to work. On site restaurant serves affordable, delicious meals. Walking distance to coffee shops suitable for business meetings. Staff was helpful in arranging taxis and PCR tests.

This is a lovely new hotel in Kathmandu. Spotless rooms and attractively maintained exterior and interior. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. So was the coffee. I will stay here again.

Stayed here for two weeks while visiting Nepal for a wedding. The hotel was great! Immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen, and heaters/AC in both the bedroom and living room. The staff were always friendly and helpful, laundry service quick and reasonably priced and the restaurant served delicious Nepali and western food.

I have tried various places in Kathmandu. This is my favorite by far. It is new and clean. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is new and the staff are not seasoned hospitality staff, but they are eager to learn and please. The location is great and close to just about everything you need. I have already booked my room for when I return to Lalitpur in 4 days. They even are storing a suitcase for me so I don’t have to carry the bigger bag around Nepal.

The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The residence is quite centrally located and is walking distance from many restaurants, offices and Patan Darbar Square. There are several grocery stores in close proximity, an excellent fruit market outside and a restaurant inside the Residence. I throughly enjoyed staying in Sarovar and will not look elsewhere when visiting Kathmandu again.

Sarovar Residency Service Apartment Hotel is the best place to stay during my assigment in Kathmandu Nepal. The Hotel is new. The room is clean and neat. The kitchen is complete with all you need. All the heaters worked well since i arrived in Nepal during winter. And the host is very kind and helpfull. I stayed there for month.
